I came across a cool career blog from someone who has been reading my blog, Jason Alba. The name of his blog is JibberJobber.

He has a great post today that touches on what I posted about the other day; becoming and industry expert using new media tools like blogs, podcasts, DVDs, vodcasts, etc… If you are an industry expert you will not need to search for a job because jobs will find you.
